Privacy policy
This English version is provided for your convenience. In case of doubt, the German version shall prevail.
We take the protection of your data seriously. This website works without cookies, without tracking and without Google services. Below we explain which data are processed when you visit this website and when you contact us.

No data protection officer has been appointed, as the statutory requirements for this are not met.
2. Hosting and delivery of the website
This website is provided via Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the website is accessed, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer, and browser and operating system. These data are needed to deliver the website, to ensure its stability and to fend off attacks. They are not combined with other data and are not analysed by us.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and reliably. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Cloudflare. A transfer to the USA is possible; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the EU Commission, Art. 45 GDPR); EU standard contractual clauses also apply.
The connection to this website is encrypted throughout using TLS (https).
3. No cookies, no tracking, no external content
We do not set cookies and do not use any analytics, advertising or tracking services (for the temporary storage of the enquiry form, see section 5). Fonts, images and program code are loaded exclusively from our own web space; no content from third-party providers (e.g. Google Fonts, Google Maps, YouTube, social media plug-ins) is embedded. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
4. Contact form, e-mail and phone
If you contact us via the contact form, by e-mail or by phone, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, phone number if applicable, topic and content of your message) in order to answer your enquiry.
When you send the contact form, the details are transmitted in encrypted form to a function of our host Cloudflare, checked there and forwarded immediately as an e-mail to our mailbox tm@msk-team.de. If you choose the topic “Insurance”, your message is also sent directly to the mailbox tm@msk-racing.de of SCHUNCK GROUP GmbH (see section 5). The form data are not stored on the web server itself. You will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt at the e-mail address you provided (without the text of your message).
Our mailbox tm@msk-team.de is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, as a processor; the data are stored on servers in Germany.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Mandatory fields are marked; without this information we cannot process your enquiry.
5. Insurance enquiries – disclosure to SCHUNCK GROUP
MSK Motorsportkonzepte does not itself arrange insurance. We pass on enquiries about insurance – including details of the vehicle, racing series, dates and drivers – to SCHUNCK GROUP GmbH, Englschalkinger Str. 12, 81925 Munich, Germany, for review, calculation, preparation of quotes and contract handling. SCHUNCK GROUP processes these data as a separate controller; its privacy policy also applies (schunck-group.de/datenschutz).
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. If you provide information about other persons (e.g. drivers), please make sure that they are informed about the disclosure.
When you send an insurance enquiry via the enquiry form, it is transmitted in encrypted form to a function of our host Cloudflare, checked there and sent immediately as an e-mail with the enquiry file to the mailbox tm@msk-racing.de of SCHUNCK GROUP GmbH and to our mailbox tm@msk-team.de; it is not stored on the web server. SCHUNCK GROUP GmbH is responsible for the processing in the mailbox tm@msk-racing.de. You will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt with your enquiry number at the e-mail address you provided; replies to it go to SCHUNCK GROUP.
So that you can enquire about further racing series without entering your details again, the form temporarily keeps your entries in your browser’s session storage (sessionStorage). These data do not leave your device, are deleted automatically when the browser tab is closed and can be removed at any time via “New enquiry (delete all details)”. This is neither a cookie nor tracking; the storage is technically necessary for the function you have requested (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).
6. External links
This website contains links to other websites (e.g. schunck-group.de). Data are only transferred to the respective provider when you click on such a link; the respective provider is solely responsible for its data processing.
7. Storage period
We store enquiries and the related correspondence for as long as necessary to process them. The data are then deleted unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law, up to 10 years) prevent this. The connection data at Cloudflare (section 2) are deleted automatically by Cloudflare after a short time.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Right to object: insofar as we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). A message to tm@msk-team.de is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular with the authority responsible for our registered office: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.
9. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR), takes place.
